Seeing as I'm taking OU Kuja, this guy is ridiculously overpowered. So this will be two-fold.

First up is his boss-strong magical abilities, such as Flare, Meteor, Holy, etc. For every fight, I'll link to this post so we can hash out the circumstances and what's alright.

Second, Kuja is able to withstand a Megaflare from Bahamut - an attack that can destroy a city - point blank with only a scratch on the head. This means he's a Made Of Iron godmodding bastard. Again I'll link for any altercation, but feel free to pre-emptively say "don't do this to me" or "my character would negate this". 

Lastly, since Kuja has dealt with and manipulated souls and their by-products, he can sense them on some basis. By default I'll have it be just be "yep you have a soul", and if he concentrates within contact, he can tell how strong someone's emotional capabilities are - are they filled with rage, sorrow, joy? How strong? That sort of thing. So, if you want to opt out or make it stronger - say, to the point of personal identification - that's fine, too.

Re: the really strong spells - Sure, have at. They might break off three or more pieces of his armor. Maybe all of them. It's of note that Enoch's armor will always protect him at least once - even if an attack will remove all five stages of his armor and he has only two left, those two will break off and leave him unarmored without the attack killing him. So Kuja would have to hit him at least twice to get him. (And even then he can recover some...that's the tradeoff for being relatively fragile in comparison to someone with a proper HP system.)

Also Holy might do very little if any damage to him. He may even absorb it, who knows.

Enoch...Enoch has a very tired, but resilient soul. Kuja will probably be able to get a sense of his strong piety (though to a god he wouldn't know) and perhaps a feeling of loneliness or loss. He's basically human, but has a small hint of being angelic to him. Whatever that might mean to Kuja. "Ascended human" might be the best bet here.

Ah, I get what sort of HP system you mean. =3 Hehe, absorb Holy, huh? should be fun.

I'm still not sure about Holy, but I know it won't be effective against him. I'm thinking it'll be null or resist, since he's still pretty much human and not an angel yet.

Ah, true... I think as-is, either it'd do very little, or nothing.

As long as it sounds good to you! The game never actually has you fighting against a holy source so it's all up to headcanon.
