Seeing as I'm taking OU Kuja, this guy is ridiculously overpowered. So this will be two-fold.

First up is his boss-strong magical abilities, such as Flare, Meteor, Holy, etc. For every fight, I'll link to this post so we can hash out the circumstances and what's alright.

Second, Kuja is able to withstand a Megaflare from Bahamut - an attack that can destroy a city - point blank with only a scratch on the head. This means he's a Made Of Iron godmodding bastard. Again I'll link for any altercation, but feel free to pre-emptively say "don't do this to me" or "my character would negate this". 

Lastly, since Kuja has dealt with and manipulated souls and their by-products, he can sense them on some basis. By default I'll have it be just be "yep you have a soul", and if he concentrates within contact, he can tell how strong someone's emotional capabilities are - are they filled with rage, sorrow, joy? How strong? That sort of thing. So, if you want to opt out or make it stronger - say, to the point of personal identification - that's fine, too.

1 - Mukuro's another living weapon and one of the stronger things in his canon; the powers he's most comfortable with are a bit fragile in that, as long as the victim believes the illusion, he can godmod pretty horribly, but if they're struggling against it in terms of "this isn't real", it burns a TON of power and is iffier... but considering the relative levels of what he's been up against, if they do fight he may not be able to get past the "Made of Iron" bit without dirty tricks.

Perfectly fine with sensing his soul, too; he can be a damn moody bastard underneath the CEEB restraint, and he's generally...guarded, in the sense of "he expects the world to be out to get him and is prepared to be out to get it right back", and while it's not "current pain", there's a lot of scars...and potential to be preeettty damn volatile.

It's also probably weirdly fragmented and going to jag weird depending on what Path he's using, since he's not only got the boundaries between "current self" and "other lives on the cycle" busted, but he's almost ALWAYS leaning on/drawing on one of the others. He won't feel entirely human and it'll usually be either divine or demonic, and it's probably odd enough to stick out and be identifiable.
And no, that "weirdly fragmented" ISN'T natural.
